With the decree 16.06.2025, published on the MIMIT website, the official opening of the 4.0 digital platform was announced, through which businesses can submit, as provided by the decree 15.05.2025, the communication model for access to the tax credit for investments in tangible 4.0 goods made from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, or until 30.06.2026 in the case of "reservation," within an overall expenditure limit of 2.2 billion euros.

Communications can be submitted, starting at 14:00 on 17.06.2025, exclusively through the telematic system for managing the measure available in the dedicated section “Transizione 4.0” on the GSE website (GSE Platform), accessible via SPID, using the editable model available there. It is noted that, for the purpose of reserving resources, the chronological order of submission of the preventive communications is significant.
